1. When is the last day of operations for our current USA warehouse?
The last day of operations of our current warehouse will be 21 August 2018.
2. When will the new USA warehouse be operational?
Our new warehouse will be operational from 22 August 2018 and you may start to send your packages to the new warehouse address from 20 August 2018.
3. Where can I locate the new USA warehouse address information?

4. What will happen to my packages if they reached the old warehouse address after 21 August 2018?
For all packages that arrived at our old warehouse after the last day of operations, we will provide free transfer to our new warehouse. This complimentary service will only be available till 14 September 2018.
Packages that arrived at the old warehouse later than 14 September might not be processed as promptly into your account as we will consolidate such packages and truck to our new warehouse. EZiPoz shall not be liable for any losses/costs that might arise because of this.
5. Will there be any delay of processing of packages delivered to the new address?
Fret not; there will be no delay being process of the packages even with new address.
6. What is the operation hour of the new warehouse?
Monday to Friday, 0900hrs to 1800hrs.
