1. How can I check the status of my order?

You can check directly with the US merchant on the delivery status of your item. Alternatively, you can also login to EZiPoz to check on the status of your order.

2. How will I know that EZiPoz has received my items?

You may receive an email alert once each shipment has been received at EZiPoz's shipping facility. You will also be able to view the status of your item by logging in to EZiPoz, under "My Shopping".

Please ensure that you have updated your email address under your EZiPoz profile and that your mailbox is not full.

If you are informed by your merchant that your items have already arrived but you are not able to view them under My Shopping, please contact us and provide us with more details on your package (e.g. sender's name and address, tracking number, delivered date, etc.), to help us trace your items.

3. How long will the shipment take?

We will attempt to deliver your package(s) to you within 7-10 working days (for express) and 10-15 days (for standard) from the date of payment.

*Only major towns applicable for those within PosLaju coverage areas. For areas outside of PosLaju delivery coverage, additional 2-3 working days may apply. (click here to see the areas listed under PosLaju)

You can also visit http://www.pos.com.my/pos/services/track/poslaju.aspx to find view the latest tracking status for your package(s).

4. Can I opt for self-collection of my package(s) at the Post Office?

Currently, we do not offer self-collection of your EZiPoz packages at Post Office, unless arrangements have been made with Pos Malaysia to pay for duty and tax upon collection at the selected self-collection point.

5. Can I change my delivery address after I paid the shipping fee?

No, you cannot change the delivery address after the shipping fee has been made. Any changes have to be made prior to payment of the packages.

6. Can I request for a call prior to the delivery of package to ensure someone will receive my package?

We are not able to offer this service at the moment. However, we are looking into ways to provide updates whenever possible.
