2. Where do I enter my voucher code?

​Once your packages have arrived and are declared, it will be listed under "My Shopping". You will be able to enter the voucher code before ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” section.

3. Why is the voucher code I entered not valid?

​Please double check the voucher code for its terms and conditions of use if the voucher code you entered is not valid.
You may wish to contact us should there be further issue with the voucher code(s).

4. How will I be notified of the total shipment charges I have to pay?

You will be notified via email once your package has been processed. A unique CV/EV shipment number will be assigned to your package. You can follow the instructions in the email to proceed with the payment of the shipping charges.

5. How do I calculate the Customs GST amount imposed on my online purchases?

All dutiable goods will be calculated based on C.I.F. (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). Dutiable goods imported are subjected to customs duty and tax in accordance with the Malaysia Trade Classification and Customs Duties Order.

6. What are other charges that I have to be aware of other than shipping and Customs GST charges?

Other possible charges are, but not limited to:

i) Holding fee for processed item/package: You will be notified by email on the shipping charges payable for the package once it has been processed. EZiPoz will charge you RM3.50 per item per day for items which are held for more than 20 days from processed date.

ii) Penalty Fee for unprocessed items/package: EZiPoz also imposes the penalty of RM3.50 per item per day, starting on the 21st day the item was received at our shipping address.

iii) Customs clearance fee of RM49.80 will be charged if you select to appoint Pos Malaysia to clear the item on your behalf. This fee including duty and tax will be notified to you prior to your collection of the item at your nearest Post Office.

7. How do I know whether my items are subject to Malaysian Customs duty?

For information on dutiable and prohibited items, please refer to Malaysian Customs website at http://www.customs.gov.my/ Any dutiable items imported into Malaysia are subject to customs duty and tax in accordance with the Malaysia Trade Classification and Customs Duties Order.

8. Are there any charges to re-direct the package to another location, if I do not use EZiPoz to ship my item after it has arrived?

We are not able to accept any requests for refusal or not to accept any deliveries from the merchant as the EZiPoz shipping address receives large quantities of deliveries on a daily basis. 

Should there be any free return label provided by your merchant/sender attached to your item/package, upon your request, we will use this free return label to redirect the package back to the merchant/sender. Please note that an RM20.00 administrative handling charge will be imposed and you will have to bear the full redirection service costs.  

Alternatively, you may request for the package to be disposed of at the EZiPoz shipping address, if you do not want to return to merchant/sender.

9. What is the cost of the holding fee?

EZiPoz charges RM3.50 per item per day for items which are held for more than 20 days from processed date.

10. What is your minimum chargeable weight?

Our minimal chargeable weight for EZiPoz service is 0.5kg and subsequent weight step is 0.5kg thereafter.

11. Can I store my package at your warehouse in USA for 1-2 months? Is there any corresponding fee and how much?

No, EZiPoz will only hold the package for 21 days from processed date without charge for consolidation of shipping payment. However, when packages are held for more than 21 days from processed date, it is chargeable at the rate of RM3.50 per package per day.

EZiPoz also reserves the right to dispose the package which is more than 30 days from the processed/declaration date.

12. How do I make payment for the EZiPoz shipping charges?

You can proceed to declare and make payment for the shipping charges once your package has arrived at our shipping address. 

Once paid, we endeavor to deliver your package within 7-15 working days.

13. What modes of payment are acceptable for EZiPoz shipping charges?

We currently accept payment via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard).

14. Am I able to claim back sales tax (VAT) through EZiPoz?

Regretfully, EZiPoz does not provide a service for claiming of sales tax incurred by our customers when they shop online from US merchants.
