1. How do I change my personal details?

Just follow these steps to change your personal details:

a. Login to your EZiPoz account with your email address or User ID and password. You can also login using your Facebook account as alternative.
b. Click on “My Account” tab or “My Account” below your name (on the top right hand corner).
c. Click “Edit” and change the information or enter the new information.
d. Click “Save” to confirm the changes.

2. How do I change my password?

Just follow these steps to change your password:

a. Login to your EZiPoz account with your email address or User ID and password. You can also login using your Facebook account as alternative.
b. b. Click on “My Account” tab or “My Account” below your name (on the top right hand corner).
c. Scroll down to Account Settings and click on “Change Password”.
d. Enter your current password for "Current Password".
e. Enter your new password for "New Password" and re-type your new password under "Re-type new password".
f. Click "Save" to confirm new password.​

3. What should I do if I forget my Login ID?

Please contact us if you have forgotten Login ID.

We will check and contact you as soon as possible.

4. What should I do if I forgot my password?

Please follow these steps if you have forgotten your EZiPoz password:

a. Click on Login and click on “Forgot Password?”
b. Enter your Email Address as specified in your profile. 
c. Click on the "Send me reset password instructions" button. 
d. An email containing your password will be sent to the email address specified in your profile. 

Please contact us if you still have difficulties retrieving your EZiPoz password after following the above method.
We will check and contact you as soon as possible.

5. What should I do if I suspect that my password is stolen?

Please contact us immediately to notify us to reset your password.
We will issue a new password and mail it to the mailing address you registered with EZiPoz.
